Health & Safety Statement

It is the policy of WM Electrical that its operations are carried out at all times in such a way as to ensure, so far as it is reasonable and practical, the health, safety and welfare of all employees and all other persons likely to be affected by its operations, including other contractors and members of the public.

WM Electrical will at all times be committed to comply with health & safety legislation, adopt industry best practice and ensure that all aspects of the business take proper account of health & safety requirements.  Every effort will be made to set standards that are the highest achievable, consistent with efficiency and technical excellence.

In order to achieve this aim, training, instruction, formal procedures and monitoring systems are provided.  Individual responsibilities and arrangements are also set out in the WM Electrical Health and Safety Policy, which compliments this statement.

The management of the Company shall communicate, consult and advise with employees on all Health & Safety issues relevant to the operation of its business.  The Company is committed to the continual integration of improvements and therefore this statement will be revised in accordance with any legislative or organisational changes under annual review.


Environmental Policy

It is the policy of WM Electrical to ensure that all our activities are, so far as it is possible, sensitive to all issues relating to the protection and preservation of the environment.

The Company takes a responsible interest in the environmental impact of its business activities and aims to contribute to environmental and sustainable development.

Environmental considerations are taken into account in all design works and purchasing decisions.  All plant, equipment and materials used by the company are, to the best of our knowledge, environmentally friendly.

It is the duty of all employees to manage materials so as to minimise the production of waste.  Any such waste material is disposed of responsibly under a duty of care.
